Slammers Strength by Push Performance

 Slammers is pleased to announce our partnership with PUSH PERFORMANCE. Slammers baseball now offers individualized training in addition to our position and player-specific training. Offered year round, this program will the premier baseball specific training program in the state.

Assessments:

Assessments for Connie Mack (High School Spring/Summer Select) and Youth Select are held at the beginning of April. These assessments cover essential movements and proficiencies, while identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the season. PUSH Performance keeps staff on hand, including physical therapists at these assessments.

Assessments Cover

Shoulder Stability, lower extremity stability, anterior core stability, Thoracic spine mobility, Scapulorhumeral rhythm.

Strength & Mobility Training

  • Program Start: Monday November 7th, 2016 Assessments Day November 9th- 1st lifting day
  • Sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Details: Lifting only portion takes place in November & December

Weighted Ball throwing and Lifting starts January 2nd, 2017

  • Throwing Sessions: Monday and Fridays
  • Times: 3:00 – 5:00 PM

Participants will still lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Cost is $1000.00 for 4 Months, or  $250.00 per month
