Slammers Collegiate program is the premier summer collegiate program in the region.

Competing in the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Baseball League, the Slammers program is directed by Head Coach Robbie Bales. Coach Bales is currently an assistant coach at the Colorado School of Mines.

Slammers Collegiate features a 45-50 local game schedule, with a post season tournament. League champions and tournament champions receive a bid to the NBC World Series in August. The Slammers Collegiate Program has had exceptional success since its inception in 2008. Several players have received scholarships to premier programs, or have extended their playing careers to professional baseball.

The entire Slammers staff is dedicated to player development both on and off the field. Coach Bales and the coaching staff strive to give the players a complete summer baseball experience in which they will return to their college programs prepared to compete at a higher level. In addition to great coaching, a complete schedule, and a chance to play for and in front of major league scouts daily, the Slammers players enjoy having 2 state of the art baseball and conditioning facilities at their free disposal, throughout their season. No other program in the league or region can offer such a complete package to competitive collegiate baseball players.

For more information please contact Coach Bales at Slammers (970-210-9191).

The 2015 Slammers Collegiate league team cost was $950.00 (DOES NOT include airfare, hotel, vans, tournament fees and meals during travel to tournaments).

The Rocky Mountain Baseball LeagueThe Rocky Mountain Baseball League (RMBL) was established to provide local college players a venue in the front range of Colorado in which to play competitive baseball during the summer. Once known as the Colorado Semi-Pro Baseball League, the name was changed to Rocky Mountain Baseball League in 2002.

The teams involved in the league include teams from Metro Denver and as far north as Ft. Collins and as far south as Pueblo. There are thirteen RMBL teams in 2006, including two new teams – one from the Highlands Ranch area and one from the Wheat Ridge area. All teams are affiliated with the National Baseball Congress (NBC). All of the teams may elect to dual affiliation and join the American Amateur Baseball Congress (AABC). This dual affiliation allows Colorado to send three teams to post-season major tournaments, two to the NBC tournament and one to the AABC tournament.

League play is formatted so that each team plays all other league teams 3 times equaling 36 league games. In addition, the teams will fill out their summer schedule with other games both in and out of the league. The league year begins in late May and ends with a league tournament in late July. The RMBL continues to be an all wood bat league.

Many of the ball fields are made available due to the support of the local Universities and High Schools. The League would like to thank all of these organizations, coaches, and field assignors for their support and cooperation over the summer. Without their support, the league would not be possible.
