Slammers invites players ages 8 to 18 to join our 11th annual Winter Hitting League held at Slammers Lakewood and Slammers South. League games begin Monday, December 3^rd and will end February 8th. Teams can hit and post scores at either location as the South and Lakewood leagues are combined. Individual and team standings are posted each week. Prizes are awarded to individuals and team winners in each age group. Sign up now and take advantage of this great opportunity to improve your hitting in the off season…and have fun while doing it.

LEAGUE Begins Monday, December 3rd:

LEAGUE INFORMATION:

• 2 player teams
• 64 pitches per game/per player
• 10 game schedule
• Season ending tournament for each age group

LEAGUE AGE GROUPS AND CAGE USE:

Lakewood

• 8-9 years old: 35 MPH
• 10-11 years old: 55 MPH
• 12-13 years old: 60 MPH
• 14 & Older years old: 70 MPH

South

·         8-9 years old: 45 MPH

·         10-11 years old: 45 MPH

·         12-13 years old: 55 MPH

·         14+ years old: 70 MPH

League games will begin on Monday and you have till that Sunday to get your scores in for two games at your convenience. There is no batting cage availability on Tuesdays or Thursdays at Slammers South so please plan accordingly. You can register as a team or as an individual. Individuals will be placed on teams of two.

Teams must come in together each week to post scores.

Each player will be scored on an individual and team basis for season ending tournament and prizes.

PRIZES:

·         Winning team of season ending tournament in each age group will get free tokens for each player for the year.

·         Individual with highest score for the season will get a free lesson card loaded with free lessons.
