Arm Velocity Program

The elite two-day-per-week program integrates Slammers advanced baseball-specific sports conditioning and throwing mechanics how-how with consideration of the shoulder's functional anatomy and biomechanics of the pitching motion.

Youth Speed Strength Program

Gain the necessary speed, strength and agility to take your game to the next level with Slammers certified strength and conditioning coaches.

Slammers Player Development Camp

at Slammers South
Take your game to the next level at Slammers Player Development Camp. This three-hour-per-day camp includes two hours of baseball instruction and one hour of speed and strength. The baseball instruction is designed to provide in-depth exposure to every facet of the game, while the speed and agility portion will focus on developing explosive running, core and rotational strength for hitting and throwing, and endurance.
